5 years

To my baby girl,

It is true what they say, time flies when you are having fun! And I have been having fun, for the last 5 years. As I was tucking you in bed last night, for the last time as a 4 year old, I couldn't help but hug you a little tighter, kiss you a little more and pray for you a little harder. Then I snuggled a little closer to you, as you were drifting off to sleep and thanked God for blessing my life with you.

Jolee, you have grown and changed so much over the last year, from a beautiful baby girl to a beautiful young lady. You have learned to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches all by yourself, you are a wonderful big sister, to Brennan, you have graduated from preschool this year, you have learned to read, you can count to 100, you are on your second year of dance, you have just finished up your first season of soccer (and you loved it), you have started riding your big girl bike, you have started taking showers (instead of baths) and the list could go on and on.

You my sweet girl are just that, so sweet. Sweet, kind, tender hearted, loving and funny. You are constantly making me smile! You love to sing and you love talking (all the time actually), you are very expressive with not only your facial expressions, but with your hands as well.

I am so blessed to have you, as  my daughter. Thank you, for being you and know that I will always be here for you.

So Happy Birthday to my Jolee Belle! I can't believe, you are a whole hand old now.
