I know no one is shocked, that I'm running a little late with his monthly post. I'm only just a month and a half behind! Time is just flying by too fast, the old saying is true..Time flies when your having fun or I could change it to...Time flies when your busy, busy, busy. These last several weeks we have had, one doctor's appointment right after the other (literally the doctor offices are feeling like my 2nd home) and my house can testify to that.
Anyway enough about that, lets get on with the 10 month update on my little man. Brennan was a busy boy in January hitting lots of little milestones, he pulled up for the 1st time on January 2nd at MiMi and Poppy's house, we were all clapping for him and then he sat down pulled himself up again and he started clapping (that also is the 1st time he had clapped). So now when you say yay Brennan, he claps and it is so cute.
In his 10 month, he went to the circus and the trip was complete with cotton candy...he's a fan! Brennan finally had enough hair on top of his little head, to let Dad make him a mohawk. I Vetoed it quickly, but let them have their fun while we were at home!
As you can tell in the above picture, he is everywhere. In the dog cage, in the refrigerator, in the dishwasher, in the toilet, trying to get out the sliding door, on the trampoline ( a little one in the house), in the cabinets, getting caught under the art easel and chairs. I'm going to cut this list off, because we could go on and on.
On January the 9th while at church, I turned my head to put something in the diaper bag and turned back around and he was crawling under the pews, he had crawled under 3 before I could catch him. Speaking of church, he has become very vocal, not screaming and not crying, but oohing and cooing and hey"ing" and dadadada "ing".
Last Sunday at church (11th month's old) you started to get a little fussy, so Bro. Robert threw up another bag of cookies and you put one in each hand and ate them both, you even went through handshake with your cookies in hand (with a tight grip, I might add). Hey, he was quiet and he was happy!

People say that you can tell, that you are a church baby. Due to the fact that you are so happy and you will go to anyone smiling at them the entire time (which is kinda like a little vacation to me, because you do weigh 20lbs after all)!
You definitely have become a man's man this month. To name some of the one's you reach out for is...Bro. Jim (I think you got it figured out, that he is really tall and you can see everything from way up there). Bro. Robert (because he brings you cookies, now that you are old enougth to have them), Poppy (is your Florida Grandpa, that loves you so much) and last but not least, Boo (who is the baby whisperer or the Brennan whisperer). When no one else can make you happy, Boo will take you and you will smile and fall asleep almost instantly.

I can say with all my heart, that my son has so many wonderful male role models (the men listed above and the rest of the men in our church) in his life and I am so blessed that all of these wonderful men love him and care for him as much as his Mommy and Daddy do.
You got a new toy this month, actually not a new toy it was Jolee's. But new to you, just down from the attic and you seem to love it, just as much as she did. You have also sported 3 bruises on your face this month, but they tell me that is normal for a boy. Due to you, trying to crawl into, over and through things.
You and Sophie have become buds this month, because you love to feed her your snacks. While that is cute and all, a boy feeding his troubled dog. Sophie is allergic to fat, which means that I am cleaning up yet another mess.
You are growing up way to fast little man, but I am loving and enjoying every minute of it. I remember when your sister used to be this little and now she is in preschool. If I have learned anything from the 1st child to the 2nd is....This stage in our life, goes by way to fast!
I am so blessed, to be your Mommy.
