Hey Dad, don't I look like a soccer player? Is the question she asked Silas, as she jumped out of the van fixing to head to her 1st soccer practice. She had to match perfectly and was so excited that she found shin guards that are black and pink, she said now they will know I'm a girl because I have pink on.
She has begged to play soccer and is so excited about it. My question to my little ballerina, prissy, doesn't like to be hot, all "girly girl" was...Jolee do you know what they do in soccer? They run! Jolee's reply was...Mom I'm like so fast and I love to run! Me...do you??
I can not tell you how excited she is about playing soccer, she is pumped! She only has had 1 practice so far, but she did good and has been asking how many more days till soccer, for a week now.
Her first game is Saturday, so we will see how it goes. Their team is the green team, which she said is really not a girl color, but she guesses she can wear pink shorts or something with it. She has been practicing, so I think she is really into it and will love it and will do a great job.
As she soon as she got in the van from her 1st practice, she said...Um I didn't hear ya'll cheering for me. Did ya'll see me waving at you? Did Brennan like watching me kick that ball hard?
Her 1st soccer season begins, this should be good!
