Spring Fling

After Jolee's soccer game the other day, me and the kiddos headed to "Spring Fling Family Day" at her school. Talk about a fun filled long day!

Can I say just one more time, how much we love Ms. Karla! She goes above and beyond for her students. There were bounce houses (2 ) for the big kids and 1 for the babies, she had a face painting station, pony rides, a petting zoo, Easter egg hunt, cotton candy, snow cones, all kinds of foods and the list could go on and on.

All the kids had so much fun and it was so good to get to talk and catch up with some of the other mom's as well.

How cute is that (the picture above)? They had baby goats, sheep, a calf, baby chicks, chickens and rabbits. You could go in the cage and pet and hold the baby goats and lambs, so when they asked Jolee did she want to go in the cage, she said...umm no I think I will pet them from here, see my hand will fit?. Again they said, are you sure you don't want to come in? She said...no I think I'm going to go jump in the bouncy house again!

I can't tell you how many snow cones, cotton candy, candy or any kind of sugar she had that day, but I'm pretty sure it was alot. It was so cute to see her and her little friends running around talking and playing together, man she is growing up (too fast)!

Little man hung in there as long as he could. A soccer game and straight to a spring fling wiped him out. I should have lost some weight that day, due to all the laps I did around the place strolling him, because when I would stop he would wake up and cry. And at this point, I'm sure I'm not the only one that wanted him to go to sleep. Well I just thought about it, the weight probably didn't come off, due to the snow cones I ate as well that day...it was HOT out there people!

We had so much fun, the only thing we were missing was Daddy (he had to work)!
