We Struck Out!

Last Saturday night, Silas had tickets to the baseball game. Free tickets, free food and a fun family outing....right? Wrong! It was HOT, HOT, HOT! I can not say enough, how HOT it was. We hung in there for awhil, well long enough for Jolee to get to jump in the bouncy house, slide down the big blow up slide, we ate and as I was feeding Brennan a wonderful, wonderful lady (that worked there) came by and said to me...hun, would you like a cool place to feed him. Without hesitation I said..yes, yes, I would.

She led me right around the corner with Brennan and Jolee in tow, to the back of a restaurant. Oh how GOOD it felt! So as I fed Brennan his bottle, Jolee entertained people as she danced around. When we got finished with the bottle and had finished playing Simon Says, Red Light Green Light and the Freeze game countless times we headed back to our seats to find Daddy, to let him know, we were going to stay in the restaurant till the game was over. But he took pity on all 3 of us and said no lets go home (such a sweet daddy)!

and sliding down the huge blow up slide. This was the highlight of her night!


Although, I didn't know what inning we left at or even who the other team was and I still don't know those answers. All I know is that it was HOT! Don't get me wrong, I was excited that we were there and HOT as a family. But between you and me, I think I will pick our next family outing!
